citizenship
Most persons born outside the U.S. don't aquire U.S. citizenship automatically, but rather undergo naturalization processing. The requirements for naturalization can vary according to the category under which a person naturalizes.
We can assist the applicant in determining whether s/he meets all relevant requirements, including continuous residency (see FAQ) and good moral character. Additionally, we can advise on issues of derivative citizenship, military naturalization, and dual citizenship.
